A Buzz Is In the Air...
I'm not sure if anyone else feels it but my spirit is EXPLODING over the global outcry of worship that will take place in just five days from today! But after many revelations, dreams and words from so many people....11.11.11 is finally almost here! It is so much more than another meeting, conference or
initiative, but the culmination of the longing heart of God to be invited once again back restoring Edenic communion to humanity!
Unashamedly, I feel the same giddiness, anticipation and childlike wonder as when I was five years old going to bed on Christmas Eve! I remember I could hardly keep down the bubbling expectation of what lay wrapped underneath the Christmas tree! Even though I didn't always know my gifts ahead of time (although I was somewhat sneaky and mischievous), I often thought it all may just be too good to be true! Well, those same feelings are in the air and in my heart!
In the last few weeks, we've had some of the most fun, wild and free times in the Presence of God and some fiery worshippers! From Calgary, Canada to Los Angeles to Perth, Australia to Dubai, UAE to Hamburg, Germany and beyond - We are all feeling the same sense of hope, faith and childlike joy! Even spending time with Burn mothers and fathers the last week, Heidi Baker, James Goll, Cindy Jacobs, Don Finto, Julie Meyer - they all sense it too and bare witness! A BUZZ IS IN THE AIR MY FRIENDS!
On 11.11.11, we are partnering with many organizations, houses of prayer, churches, movements across the globe to launch the GLOBAL DAY OF WORSHIP (http://www.globaldayofworship.com/) and mobilizing literally hundreds of thousands of 24 hour Burn gatherings across the globe! Every major city all at one time releasing their voice, sound and burning hearts of extravagant love to JESUS! WHOAAAA!!! Just the thought of it overwhelms and fills me with endless expectation of what God will in response to this widespread BLAST of affection!
Can you imagine the largest syncopated release of worship and prayer in the history of humanity? I believe this is what we are on the brink of! Are you guys ready??? A buzz is in the air and the expectations, dreams and burning desires of our souls will not be let down any longer - He WILL COME LIKE THE RAIN to our families, cities and nations!
I have been mediating on these words of Jesus over the last week and will leave you with this. Keep hoping, expecting, waiting and get ready!
