Global Worship Take-Over!

Worship is exploding, expanding and gaining momentum all over the earth at a rate that none of us can possibly fathom. No longer viewed as a contained religious exercise or the latest church "cool music" fad, praise is now springing forth from every nation, tribe and tongue! Many are asking what characteristics mark the sound of this worship coming forth? I believe it is

abrasive, intense, extravagant and costly. Just like Jesus' favorite example of worship (He prophesied would be spread all over the world) through Mary, we are pouring out an offering to the Lord that is costly and flies in the face of religious conservation, traditions and

limitations. HE IS WORTHY OF SO MUCH MORE THAN WE COULD EVER GIVE! As with the powerful precedent and lofty standard King David set in his day, we also refuse to offer up a form of worship that does not cost dearly (2 Samuel 24:24). In the last month alone, I have personally witnessed some of the most phenomenal expressions and offerings of corporate worship in places like Berlin, Germany to the campus of Yale University, to far-out city of Perth, Australia, to the Midwest of America (Ohio) and now onto the heart of the Middle East!

"For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations"

Isaiah 61:11

Middle East Extravagance

The fact that I am writing this from the tip of the Arabian Peninsula in the United Arab Emirates and from the heart of the Middle East is testimony enough to how prophetic word delivered through this verse is being fulfilled today! Surrounding by some of the most radical Islamic nations on earth and self-confessed oppressors of the spread of the gospel (Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, etc), tonight a band of worshippers will again unite to boldly declare and profess their devotion to the beautiful man Jesus! Their sound will not be silenced lest the rocks and very sand of the desert cries out in praise from this land! We are absolutely obsessed with the beauty, worthiness and holiness of this man – our tongues, hands, feet and bodies must be loosed to pray, praise, sing and dance in response!

Worshippers, musicians and lovers of Jesus have streamed in from all across the surrounding nations, regions and cities for three days of passionate worship, radical training and an impartation of fresh oil to burn more brightly than ever before! We have already packed out the largest facility we could gather in this weekend and are forced to turn people away. There is such a hunger stirring for raw encounter in the place of extravagant worship – What a three days of bliss and glory it will be!

Next week in a gorgeous and Biblically historical Mediterranean town on the Southern Coast of Turkey, we will do this all over again! This will be the 5th annual Mega-Burn gathering with leaders, worshippers and churches all across Turkey and the surrounding nations. Almost 100 hours of unending, fiery and EXTRAVAGANT worship will go up before the throne beginning next Wednesday and extending through Sunday.

Musicians and psalmists will rotate every few hours as "watchmen" over the destiny of the nation while evangelists and revivalists are unleashed to the streets, bars and mosque's of city to share and radiate the love of Jesus! Every year without fail, the sick are healed, the lost are found through powerful salvation encounters and the testimonies ring out into eternity of how Jesus is ever eager is to reach His people! It is one of the most powerful displays of prayer leading to mission, fire leading to fragrance and the great commandment leading the great commission that I have ever been apart of in ministry! And its taking place in the most heavily concentrated Muslim nation on the face of the earth! It will be broadcasted across Turkey and the Middle East in this season:

"The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death alight has dawned."

Ramp Up To 11.11.11

The global scope of this move is ever increasing across the earth as the Global Day of Worship on 11.11.11 (November 11th, 2011) approaches. It is just over one month away! Oh what a historic day in the history of humanity! With hundreds of nations, thousands of cities and possibly tens of thousands of communities on board to host 24 hours of nonstop worship rising in their indigenous language on that day, we could see the largest and most widespread single BLAST of worship than anytime in the history of the world!

And this is happening in our lifetime!!! Does that not just grip your heart with anticipation, expectation and giddiness with what God may do in response to this syncopated release of so much incense? If God responded to the fervent prayers and worship of a "heathen" man Cornelius by sending an angel to open the gospel wide to every non-Jewish person on earth (Acts 10), what would His response be to millions upon millions of worshippers united in the sound of adoration next month? If he responded to the faithfulness and devotion of one man by sending an angel to bring wisdom to Daniel to unveil the mysteries his day, what downloads would he give to the body of Christ as we set our hearts to seek His face on that day?

Get ready my fellow worshippers and burners around the world – even in the midst of the increase of darkness, instability, natural disasters, economic collapse and wars, the best days are yet ahead for us!

Wind of Mobilization

As my good friend Rick Pino and I have noticed with the "Fire On the Altar" gatherings we have been hosting across the United States over the past year, people are literally flocking in from all over corners of the nation for a 50 hour peek into the beauty who He is! The demand and response to these mass worship meetings has been staggering! There is wind blowing in the Spirit on mobilizing and catalyzing such "tent pegs" of the Tabernacle of David (Amos 9:11) all over the earth like we've never experienced before! This week and the next, we will be burning across the Middle East while many of you gather in churches, clubs, outdoors, homes and countless other locations to release your sound!

The increase of our worship is releasing the increase of the revelation of His glory, beauty and fame all over the earth! We must never stop until the whole planet is filled according to Habakkuk 2:14 and Malachi 1:11!
